Developer/Team: LongLiveAustraliaYAY (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PixelPanda, a Discord bot that provides (i) an in-server virtual economy system using fictional currency called “Bamboo Shoots” (including commands such as /daily rewards and /bamboo balance checks), (ii) fun/social commands (e.g., /roll, /avatar, /hug), and (iii) administrative utility features (collectively, the “Services”). The Bot is built in Python using discord.py and operates exclusively through the Discord platform.

By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By doing any of the following, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms:

• inviting or authorizing the Bot to join a Discord server (“Server”),
• accessing or using any commands or features of the Bot, or
• otherwise interacting with the Bot in any way.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Bot and must remove it from any Server where you have permission to do so.

2. Relationship to Discord; Platform Compliance

PixelPanda operates solely on Discord and is subject to Discord’s rules and policies. You agree to use the Bot in compliance with:

• Discord’s Developer Terms of Service, and
• Discord’s Community Guidelines, and
• any other applicable Discord policies and requirements.

If Discord restricts your account or access for any reason, your ability to use the Bot may also be restricted or terminated without notice.
